Come to the counting hall
Enquiries are read by the same person who would keep your books. Visits to 4543 S Holladay Blvd are by appointment so that the hall stays quiet enough to work in. If a telephone call is easier, the line is +17315194807.
Send a message
Tell us in a few lines what the books look like today and what you would like them to look like. A reply usually arrives within one working day.

Three questions asked most often
If your question is not here, the telephone line is open during business hours.
No. Bring whatever you already have, even if it is one bag and a bank statement. The opening reading is designed to work from an incomplete pile, and part of the first report is a list of what is missing. Sorting the whole archive can happen afterwards, once we know which years matter.
Yes. Several households send documents by post or scan them and meet by telephone. The counting hall is useful for the opening reading and for any year that needs a careful sort, but regular posting and billing can run remotely without difficulty.
A rough idea of your income sources, the accounts you use and the last three months of statements is plenty. If you keep a spreadsheet or a cloud ledger, have the name of the platform ready. Nothing needs to be tidy before we speak; tidying is part of the work.
